Drive Hellas is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to strengthen our team. The role involves providing excellent support to our customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about vehicle rental and leasing services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Document customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (University/College degree desirable).
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to handle difficult situations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
