The vehicle rental process with Drive Hellas is fast and simple throughout Greece. You can make an online or phone reservation by selecting the pickup location, rental dates, and the vehicle that best suits your needs.
2. What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
The following documents are required for vehicle rental, in physical form and written in Latin characters:
• ID card or passport
• A valid European or international driving license that has been held for at least 12 months
• A credit card (Visa, Mastercard) for the rental security deposit
Drivers must be between 23 and 70 years old and hold a valid driving license in accordance with the company’s rental terms and conditions.
Proper preparation of the required documents ensures a fast vehicle pickup process and the immediate start of your rental.
3. Can I change or cancel my reservation free of charge?
Yes, you can easily modify or cancel your reservation, depending on the terms and conditions of the booking you have selected.
For phone reservations or bookings made through partner travel agencies, you can contact the customer service team directly for immediate assistance.

4. Are there options for short-term and long-term vehicle rentals?
Drive Hellas offers flexible options for both short-term and long-term car rentals in Greece.
You can choose a rental for a few days, several weeks, or even a longer period, depending on your personal or business needs.
For rentals lasting 1, 2, or 3 days (up to 72 hours), the mileage limit is 150 km per day, and each additional kilometer is charged at €0.15 per km. For rentals of 4 days or more, unlimited mileage is provided at no extra cost.
5. What happens if I need the vehicle for more days than originally booked?
If you need to extend your rental period, you can contact us before the scheduled return of the vehicle so that vehicle availability can be checked.
Early notification helps ensure the availability of the same vehicle and allows you to continue your rental without interruption.
