Terms and Conditions

1. The monthly rental period lasts 30 days, starting from the day the vehicle is picked up. The minimum rental period is one month. If the renter fails to prepay the agreed-upon monthly rent, they must return the vehicle within 24 hours.

2. The security deposit should be paid by bank deposit or, alternatively, using a debit or credit card accepted by Drive Hellas. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle.

3. The tenant has the right to terminate the lease at any time. The amount corresponding to the remaining days of the month is non-refundable. If the vehicle has been agreed to be rented for the following month as well, a contract termination fee will be charged:

€150 for vehicle categories A, AA, B, BA, C, CD, CH, V, V1, and
€200 for categories D, DD, DA, CFAR, CFMR, E, EA, G, GA, CGAR, CGMR, H, R, RA, F, F1, F2, V2.

4. Offers are valid for the current period and are subject to change.

5. The security deposit amount differs from the driver’s deductible and liability amount. The security deposit amount is determined based on the coverage package you select, as follows:

a. Basic Monthly Rental Package: Two (2) monthly payments

b. Drive+ Package: One (1) monthly payment

6. The deductible amount varies depending on the vehicle category and the coverage package you have selected, as follows:

7. A change in vehicle category is subject to a corresponding adjustment of the monthly rental fee, the security deposit/waiver, and the selected services.
