You don’t need to worry about the unexpected. We’re by your side, providing immediate roadside support on every journey. Our services include:
- On-the-spot minor repairs (battery jump-start/replacement, spare tire replacement)
- Fuel delivery
- Towing – transport of the vehicle to an authorized workshop or to one of our company stations
- Provision of a replacement vehicle
Wherever you are, we get there first!
The service is available for an additional €5 per rental day.
If the driver needs to request roadside assistance for any of the above and has not selected the “Extended Roadside Assistance” coverage, an additional handling fee of €65 plus VAT applies, as well as €0.30/km for the distance the assistance vehicle must travel to reach the car.
