For our Thessaloniki Airport branch, we are looking for a Car Rental Agent to join our team.
Your Role
As a Car Rental Agent, you will:
- Ensure every rental experience is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Manage vehicle reservations and rental agreements.
- Provide customers with information about our vehicles and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Perform all necessary data entry and updates in the company’s information systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service (considered an asset).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).
- Very good command of English. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible, customer-focused attitude.
