Drive Hellas is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to strengthen our team. The role involves providing excellent support to our customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about vehicle rental and leasing services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Document customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (University/College degree desirable).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving ability and capacity to handle difficult situations.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
