1. What should I do in case of a breakdown?
Contact the headquarters of Drive A.E. immediately to schedule an appointment and arrange for the repair. However, if the vehicle becomes immobilized due to a mechanical failure or an accident, call Hellas Service immediately at 1057 or +30 2310 462402, stating that the vehicle belongs to Drive A.E. and providing the vehicle’s registration number.
2. What should I do in case of an accident?
Contact the Accident Care team immediately to officially report the incident and inform the Traffic Police, especially if there are injuries or significant damage. In case of injury, call Emergency Services immediately.
Place the warning triangle in accordance with traffic regulations. If the vehicle is immobilized, call Hellas Service Roadside Assistance at 1057 or +30 2310 462402.
If another vehicle is involved, collect all necessary information (driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance details, etc.), avoiding any verbal or private settlements, as these are not recognized by Drive A.E.
Finally, contact Drive A.E. to complete the accident report, which must be submitted within 24 hours to initiate the process through the insurance company.
3. What should I do if the vehicle is still drivable after an accident?
First, contact the police and the Accident Care Service. Then, with both documents in hand, get in touch with the headquarters of Drive A.E. to schedule an appointment for damage assessment and to plan the vehicle’s repair.
4. What should I do if the vehicle is not drivable after an accident?
Notify the Traffic Police and the Accident Care Service immediately. Record the details of all vehicles and drivers involved, as well as the circumstances of the accident.
Call Hellas Service Roadside Assistance immediately at 1057 or +30 2310 462402, and do not attempt to move the vehicle without proper support.
5. When am I entitled to a replacement vehicle?
We provide a replacement vehicle if the leased vehicle becomes immobilized due to a breakdown, accident, or theft, as well as if the vehicle’s repair requires more than 24 hours.
