1. What types of cars are typically available for rental throughout Greece?
A wide variety of vehicles are available for every transportation need, such as small economical city cars, family models, SUVs, automatic vehicles, commercial vans as well as premium categories.
Availability may vary depending on the region, season and pick-up station.
2. Is there an age limit for renting a car?
The driver must be 23 years of age or older and have held a valid driving license for at least 1 year. The maximum age limit for renting a vehicle is 69 years.
Otherwise, please contact the relevant rental department to inquire about the issuance of the corresponding additional premium.
3. How does the fuel policy for car rental work?
The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel (same to same). In case the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference in fuel as well as the related administrative costs
There is no refund for additional fuel upon return of the vehicle.
Alternatively, the “Fuel Choice” service is available for an additional fee. For further information, please contact the relevant department.
4. Can I pick up the car in one city and return it in another?
Yes, it is possible to pick up and drop off the vehicle in different cities. The service is available for a fee, depending on the pick-up and drop-off locations.
5. What is basically included in the car rental price?
Includes:
- Third party liability insurance.
- Basic coverage with deductible.
- 24-hour roadside assistance.
- VAT and agreed vehicle mileage.

6. Can I rent a car without a credit card?
A credit card (visa or mastercard) in physical form is necessary for the rental process, as it is used to reserve the deposit amount.
