For our branch in Koropi, Athens, we are looking for a Fleet & After Sales Assistant to join our team.
What You Will Do
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:
- Monitor and manage the company’s vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate with external garages and service providers to ensure the prompt repair and preparation of vehicles.
- Drive and transfer vehicles to garages for servicing, maintenance, or repairs.
- Perform basic vehicle checks, including oil, coolant, tires, lights, and other essential components.
- Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records and update inspection checklists.
- Ensure the interior and exterior cleanliness and overall care of vehicles before and after each rental.
- Report technical issues and vehicle-related matters to the Fleet Manager.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the fleet and after-sales activities.
What You Need
- A degree or diploma from an IEK or TEI, preferably in a technical or mechanical engineering field.
- A valid Category B driving licence.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks according to deadlines.
- A hands-on approach and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
