Car Interior Cleaning at Home 

STEP 1 – Removal of Useless and Junk 

First of all, we have to get rid of everything useless from inside the car, tissues, receipts, water bottles, etc. 

We will need: a garbage bag and a pair of gloves for hygiene reasons. 

STEP 2 – Carpet Cleaning 

We remove all the mats and clean them separately. It is ideal to rub them with a special medicine so that they are cleaned in depth and the smell of the cleaner remains. 

In case we choose to wash them with water and medicine, we must let them dry before putting them back in their place. 

We will need: a vacuum cleaner or even better a carpet brush. 

STEP 3 – Surface Cleaning 

Clean all interior surfaces well. By using a special emulsion we can polish and moisturize the surfaces. This process protects the car’s surfaces from the sun. 

We will need: a cleaning cloth.

STEP 4 – Freshness and Aroma 

We make a mixture of fabric softener with warm water and place it in an old glass cleaner bottle. Now it’s ready to use! We spray the seats so they smell fresh and clean. Should we also install a room fragrance?We choose your favorite and enjoy our next rides with a different air. 

We will need: empty bottle of glass cleaner, some liquid fabric softener, air freshener. 

Exterior Car Cleaning at Home 

So the time has come to clean the outside as well! 

STEP 1 – Wash 

Wash the outside well with a hose or a pressure washer, starting from the roof and ending at the bottom.Without much waste, clean each side of the vehicle step by step. 

We will need: patience and persistence until most of the impurities are removed. 

STEP 2 – Tire Cleaning 

Time for tires and wheels! We do a good perimeter wiping of the tires and rinse. 

We will need: a brush and a bucket of special cleaners (e.g. car soap). 

STEP 3 – Apply Soap 

Bath time. We now add soap and cleansers to create a lather and achieve the ultimate shine. 

We will need: a bucket, car cleaning soap and a sponge to avoid unwanted marks. 

STEP 4 – Color Polishing 

Once the car is dry, we can use products that will revive the color of the car. 

We will need: special car polishing products.
